Not seeing 2.4G Wi-Fi

Just got ignite internet on 5g. My 2.4g plugs don't work now and I can't get 2.4 although I should .

I'm not an expert on this, but there have been several previous threads (one link below). Using the Ignite WiFi app, you need to change the SSID for 2.4 GHz, connect your plugs, then you can change the SSID back for band steering to be enabled.
