I can't try the reset option as my wife is working from home and is on teams most of the day. I hope to be able to do it tomorrow. I know that I am NOW getting the speed at the modem. They came yesterday installed a new noise filter on my line and that did the trick. I am now getting 500 plus with a wired connection consistantly. THANK GOD. I did not want to leave rogers as they have, up until now, provided us with reliable great serivce. I have been getting tossed back and forth so much this past while. Aubrey Steele in the Office of the President is a great person to deal with and more should learn from him!
