I recently arrived home from vacation to find my internet/tv down. I quickly rebooted my ignite gateway and everything worked...for about 15 mins... rebooted again...worked for 15 mins and so on. Rogers replaced the gateway with an XB8. This seems to have corrected the main issue. However we use a Pod to extend the wifi to the bedrooms upstairs. When connected to the pod through iphone, tv, computer, most apps sites do not work. The connections looks strong and speed is high. Eg netflix, prime, banking app all dont work. Some websites (cnn) do work sometimes, most do not. If I remove the pod from the equation, everything works fine (with limited wifi signal). If I remove the pod and use my old nighthawlk wifi extender things work well. I'd stick with that solution except it is old and only stays up for a short period of time. Its also the reason why I went with the pods in the first place. I could buy a new one but kind of defeats the purpose of a rogers solution. A tech did come out and replaced the pod. He even added a 2nd one. Security was downgraded to WPA2. Still when any system is connected to a pod, limited things work. When pod removed, its all good. This used to function just fine prior to the gateway upgrade.

Good morning @wafyuk,
Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for bringing this up to our attention.
Is everything back up and running since you originally posted?
We certainly want to make sure you can fully make use the devices connected to your WiFi Pods. Have you tried rebooting them since you powercycled your gateway?
If the issue persists, we'd be happy to take a deeper look into this for you. Please send us a message to @CommunityHelps, to get started.

The problem still persists. When connected to a POD limited things will work. Most things will not. Rogers app, rogers.com etc do not work etc.

Yes. We removed the old pod and reconnected the new. Both appear connected correctly.
