I've never been so frustrated. I do not understand why it is literally impossible to buy the white Iphone 15 pro max on a talk and text plan with the rogers credit card equal payment plan. I get that its a very popular color, but what i don't understand is why the store cant have it shipped to the store or to my home? I dont mind waiting. What's even more infuriating is that they can order and ship the white one to my home if I purchase it on a two year contract, but the whole reason I want to finance the phone with the credit card is so I don't have to be locked in a contract. That is the whole point of the credit card and what they advertised!! I can also buy the white one online no problem, except oh wait- I can only apply the equal payment plan *in-store* at the time of purchase, which means the phone would have to be in stock, and the white is never in stock anywhere!! No employees online or in person seem to know how anything works, and its astonishing how each rep you talk to tells you something completely different resulting in even more wasted time. It is absolutely ridiculous what i have been put through as a potential customer to get this phone with the rogers credit card equal payment plan (sadly this is only part of the problems i've had, including my perfectly legit account repeatedly flagged as fraud). Literally soo many days wasted in store and hundreds of online chats and phone calls over the span of a month and a half (been trying since middle of December). I've already ported my number over from Fido and everything and i continue to get screwed and still no phone. The whole reason i signed up for this credit card is to buy this phone with it, and if im spending this much money on a phone i would like to get the color i want.

Good Day @flowerpower! 👋
Fellow iPhone user here! I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've been facing with regards to the iPhone 15 Pro Max in white. I know how important it is to ensure you get the color you desire. As Apple products are well sought after, I completely understand the level of frustration with stock availability. This is most certainly not the type of experience we want you to be having.
Just to clarify, Rogers Bank has Equal Payment Plan options for both Rogers and non-Rogers purchases. For purchases made outside of Rogers, you must login to your Online Banking account at rogersbank.com and select the ‘Transaction’ tab to see if your purchase is eligible and what terms and interest rates are available. Rogers Bank will not accept requests at rogersbank.com/48months to convert a ‘non-Rogers’ purchase to an Equal Payment Plan. I also had a gander and was able to find some important details and perks about the program:
With that in mind, I want to mention in the event you require some assistance in locating the model in which you seek, we can do so on our end as we do have a stock availability tool. In addition, we have a designated team that can handle all of your EPP inquires and concerns. Have you had the chance to connect with them? If not, you can connect with them by calling 1-855-775-2265 and we'd be happy to assist you.
If you would like support in your device search, feel free to connect with us by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.
Regards,
RogersJo

The issue of 48 months was brought up in another similar thread a while back and adds to the colour complexity since a lot of CSRs at stores don't seem able to set it up.
Unfortunately to get it you need to visit a Rogers store as outlined below (quote and link)
With your Rogers credit card, you can finance your new phone over 36 or 48 months at 0% interest with an Equal Payment Plan4 - no mobile term contract required. Visit a Rogers store, pay for your new phone using your Rogers credit card, and set up the Equal Payment Plan.
