I bought an iPhone 15 Pro with my Rogers MasterCard a few days ago from a Roger's store in Halifax NS. I told the agent I was interested in the 48 months equal payment plan before my purchase. The agent told me it would be an outright purchase with the full amount passed to my account, then I have to call Rogers Bank to activate the 48 months plan. I called Rogers Bank and the agent said it can only be done from the store at the time of purchase. She suggested I also try the equal payment option from my Rogers Bank online. The only options I see through my account online are 6,12, and 24 months. There is no option for 48 months. I called back Rogers Bank to complain and I was directed to the store of purchase. I went back to the store, the agent and the store manager both insisted that there's nothing they can do, it can't be done in store. There was no effort on their part to call their colleagues or other stores to determine how to process it. I had to return the phone as I never intended to buy a $2k phone outright!!!. I am totally disappointed and feel deceived by the 48 months equal payment plan advert by Rogers. Furthermore, no one in Halifax NS seems to know how to process the equal payment plan. The funny thing is they have the ad instore. I have moving my 2 lines from Rogers and closing my mastercard account.

@Maxong : Check out the following links and make sure you meet all of the requirements:
https://www.rogers.com/mobility/device-financing?icid=R_WIR_CMH_6GYT42
https://rogersbank.com/en/help_centre_answers/equal_payment_plan
If you meet all of the requirements, it seems you have to submit some sort of request form...

I met all the requirements. I bought the Phone with the Rogers MC. There is no form to fill online. The online form is supposed to be available here https://rogersbank.com/en/48months but then you're referred to the Rogers store.

hmmm. It seems that Rogers have not properly educated the store personnel regarding this matter, or the web information is incorrect, or the Rogers MasterCard people are incompetent since they should be able to assist at 1 855 775-2265. I don't know how far you wish to go with this, but you may wish to Share a Concern (these are personnel at the office of the president).

I have the rogers credit card and wanted set up a new account to buy an iphone outright on an equal payment plan, along with a talk and text plan. I went to the rogers store to do it, but the store rep last minute said because i want the white iphone which is ship to home only, that he couldnt complete the transaction with a talk and text plan, but said i was able to do it on a contract and i would have to pay for a $90+ plan for minimum of 3 months.... Idk i was very confused about the whole thing honestly. The rogers website says no contract required, what does it matter what color phone. I asked them if i could just do it online myself instead then because it gave me the option to buy the iphone in white with the talk and text plan when i originally checked. The rep told me yes it would probably be better if i did that. So thats what i did, an online agent helped me place the order. The online rep assured me that after i place my order i can then convert it to an equal payment plan through the rogers app. I looked but couldn't find any option, so i called the bank and they said that can only be done in store. So my credit card was charged the full amount, and different people keep telling me different things. Is it still possible to convert this into a payment plan without having to cancel and redo my order?

@lexluther : It looks like your post was moved into this existing thread. Check out the earlier posts here. It seems others are having similar difficulty, although I would have thought that the Rogers Bank people would be able to sort things out: 1 855 775-2265 It may be necessary to visit a store to get this sorted. Good luck with that, especially at this time of year and with lots of temps in the stores who may not know how to do this...
