I've been here awhile

I always used to pay with my visa card but this time paid through with online banking and shocked Rogers sent next bill including outstanding bill for June with penalty. I called bank immediately and they confirmed to send invoice as payment evidence but that amount refunded to my account after a week without any explanation and called again to get the reason but they said they don't know. But I asked again to send that money because I have no way to attach bank invoice or screen print shot on that transaction. I think something wrong with Rogers account on my online banking. Rogers only says we didn't get any payment on June with insisting no way to attach payment evidence. I never had outstanding bill over the past 19 tears since I subscribed. Is there any way to send my payment evidence? Penalty is only less than $10 but I hate to pay total 2 month amount including penalty by visa card without any explanation unfairly.

why not just confirm/double check the account number you are making payment to?

if its your first time doing a payment thru a bank, i suggest go INTO THE BANK in person and have them do it, then simply in a few days call rogers and explain the fiaso, perhaps they will waive the late payment fees as a one time good will gesture?

Yes, I found refistered Rogers account in bank online was different from current digital ID this morning. I need to visit Rogers store my payment attemp evidence and ask to waive penalty. Hope its working. Thabks your advice!

Hello,
I eventually found sincere help from senior agent call consultant from Rogers. But befote that, I dropped by Rogers office and tried to show bank evidence but frustuated with her rude response with stcking on only
outstanding status. But while talking with her,I knew the account number was old one. In fact, account number is ou of interest for clients if it's changed long time ago. Every thing was settled by credit operation team now. Thanks for guys!
