Good night! My name is Igor Constantoglo I am a client of Rogers until recently I liked the service of this company but after the incident I am very disappointed in the work of their employees!!! a very unpleasant situation happened to me !!! I recently received an invoice for payment of international calls that I did not make !!! all calls were made by me through the Watsaap application, but an employee of this company claims the opposite and gave me a large bill to pay for those calls that I did not make !!! I don’t want to pay for someone else’s mistake or a failure in the program !!! I will complain and write anywhere to help sort out this situation for me is a lot of money ...
