What is the process for adding a family member to an infinite Plan?

My spouse is on Fido and I have an infinite plan with Rogers. What's the process for adding her to my Rogers account by myself online?

Once I can add her to my plan, can she just sign up for Talk And Text Plans and share data with me?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your question!

The process to add a new line to your existing wireless services is pretty straight forward. 🙂 May I clarify, will your spouse be bringing her own device or will she be financing a new device? In order to share the data between both plans, you'll need to select a Talk, Text and Data plan for the Additional line being added.

To get started, you can view the available 'Additional line' price plans for both categories here. Please be sure to select the preferred Province from the drop down menu at the top of the page for the most accurate results. 

Once you've decided on a plan type, you can select 'Get Plan' for BYOD and login to your existing MyRogers profile to complete the activation, or 'Shop phones' to view the available devices to select which phone you want to finance. For the latter option, once you've selected the preferred device, please follow the prompts to continue with the Additional line activation.
