Over charged for a year and going forward

I financed a new phone special deal , got agreement $20 month for 2 years , been charged $40 for a year and contract up in a year. Been robbed for $240 and soon another $240… this is robbery , shame for incompetence.

When did you first notice the error? how long have you signed the financing term?   I know we all have busy lives, but its a great idea to check your invoices often, not just cell phone but hydro, water, mortgage, car insurance, etc, to make sure we are being charged correct amount, but once you see the problem, give them a call and see what they can do for you.
