I finally got a phone with Rogers one day in the mail after checking every money since I got shaw with Roger Internet, 3 stream boxes, 4 home security cameras, a house phone. I originally wanted 2 outdoor cameras and 2 doorbell cameras. But the guy said my wiring was old. But yet my neighbor has doorbell cameras. We a double duplex. Anyways long story short no doorbell cameras. On another note. I pay my bill every month next missed payments. Christmas time comes I miss November mad December. I'm new at the paying bills but getting the hang of it. Next time around I know to pay extra when September and October 2025 comes. Anywho. There should be a little room to slack on December especially around that time of year. Better yet Rogers should pay all clients bills every December. Since the Canada's biggest company. Or how ever they say it on those recordings. Oh oh back to top pick ice been trying to call shaw with Rogers since December. And talk with that auto machine over and over. Not one agent from shaw with Rogers has reached out by email or phone with all the the notifications from my email they got. All a sudden I have a totally new bill FOR THIS MONTH JANUARY! iv been without internet and starting to think I don't need any of their service. Since I'm being ignored and treated like that annoying cousin who always come asks for a smoke. Lol.
Back to my phone. I'm m not cover by the my device I've been and still paying. I didn't know I was to report my phone gone for a ride in a vehicle and never came back. So a few months later. My friend told me ii m supposed to report it. So I go to Roger in polo, get give a number and sent in my way. Come to find out the number I called the told me to go to Rogers. Anyways. I have no knew phone because I never activated my esim. BUT I did. I call Rogers to activate for me because I had no clue what and esim is. Anyways. A day later my phone went for a ride and never came back. The insurance company. Said no not get helped. So I left it as that. I'm to tired to be fighting over stuff like that. Especially when I'm already at war with my kids school. No ea for my autistic mostly non verbal 9 year old son, a different topic a e.a was bullying my son. And still is. That's another story. I cant share here. Anyways. Rogers and shaw with Roger. . this female out once. This female meaning myself. Or how do I go bout this? There month. But this good for now
