On my March bill I was over charged for my ignite. After six calls and many HOURS of my time. the round is on this months bill. I haven been billed for a bundle change (114.30) I never change anything. I have been on the phone again today

A warm welcome to the Community and Congratulations on your first post with us! 🙌 Yikes! I'm saddnened to hear about the experience you've been having. As a consumer myself, I most definitely understand how you're feeling. An unexpected bill and a change in service that I didn't request would be concerning to me as well. How did you make out with us when you called in? Did everything get ironed out?
