Hey, Rogers, TWO subscriptions (Disney +) for the SAME service on the SAME bill. Was nice of you to offer me a promotion on ONE of the subscriptions while continuing to charge me for the other one. You've been doing that for 3 months now. Nice of your "Management" agents to offer to refund HALF of what you were charging.
Check your bills!

Greetings @rkeslick !
We appreciate you posting your billing concerns here in the Rogers Community! Surprise charges on your bill are never fun and I do understand your disappointment. 😞 I'm glad to hear that our customer care team were able to provide you with a partial adjustment to help off-set the costs. I'm in total agreement that it's really important to review your bills each month to ensure everything looks good, especially if you notice that your balance has suddenly increased or decreased!
With regards to our Disney+ promo, I did want to clarify a few things to make sure we are on the same page. Customers can only redeem this promotion once on their account, with an eligible bundle or service. Keep in mind, only one subscription through Rogers may be applied to each Disney+ account, which allows for up to 7 individual profiles that can be shared between family members across multiple devices.
Did you already have an existing subscription directly through Disney+, or through another third party company?
When signing up for the promotion, customers should use the email address currently associated with their Disney+ account to link it to their Disney+ subscription through Rogers (if applicable).
If your existing Disney+ subscription is directly with Disney: It will be paused once you take advantage of the promotion, and will resume only when the Disney+ subscription through Rogers is cancelled.
If your existing Disney+ subscription is through another third-party provider (eg: App store or Google Play Store): You’ll need to manage your subscriptions with the other provider to avoid being billed multiple times.
You may also refer to our FAQ page for more details about this particular promotion.
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine

Both Disney + Subscriptions were through Rogers. I expect better of a company that should clearly be able to see that they're processing TWO subscriptions for the exact same service.
