Today I spent 30 minutes online trying to update my cable package now that my old cable box is no longer going to be supported. The BEST rate after 2 incorrect transfers was $20.00 per month higher than the posted, internet rate. We have been with Rogers since 1994. Apparently 30, continuous years is the point where Rogers no longer "wants the business".
