My neighbor had a new Rogers cable installed at their house. The cable was run diagonally across my front yard and it looks terrible. I understand they have the right to use my property within so many feet of the curb but this trench went across my property well away from the curb. Just lazy. They should have went along the curb and along my neighbor's property. The driveway was poorly repaired and piles of ashfault were left on my property. I have some interlocking stones adjacent to my ashfault driveway that were poorly replaced. I take great pride in my property and they made a real mess. I called Rogers to complain. It took 30+ minutes to get through. They told me I would get a call in 24 hours. After 2 days I didn't receive a call. I called again. Again I waited 30+ minutes to get through and then get put on hold for 30 minutes just to be told they would call me in 3-5 days. Very dissapointed in Rogers. This should be criminal. Trespassing and damage to property.
