Rogers door to door rep came to our house to pitch us switching to Rogers home internet from Telus. Plus he gave us an offer that $40/month with 100gb unlimited calling no activation fee. Next week I found that home internet was with so called “shaw with Rogers” and $250 in my phone account with Roger’s separately. I called Shaw and Rogers. Both told me to contact the other end because they can’t access the other account. Now my phone plan and my hubby’s are $65/month with 5G speed which my phone is not capable. I tried to reach the rep to inquire this matter, he never respond to my questions. I am so frustrated. My plane with public mobile was $40/month….no point I did switch to Rogers. I feel I was scammed.

Hello @Littlemom ,
Welcome to our community forums and thank you for posting your concerns here. I understand that there has been some confusion over your recent switch to 'Rogers together with Shaw' for your home internet and mobile services. Also, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't seeing the pricing that was agreed upon at the time of registration. I realize how disappointed you must be. 😞
For the time-being, we do have two separate teams providing support to our internet customers versus our mobile customers, until we have fully merged everything into one. To receive help with your home internet services, please visit our contact us page and scroll down to see the available avenues of support.
For your new Rogers mobile services, we are happy to take a closer look if you can send us a PM @CommunityHelps. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog. Alternatively, you may also reach out through any of our other Social Media avenues found here.
We would like the opportunity to review your account to see how we may help. 🙂
Kind regards,

Hello, @Sharontc1.
We appreciate you joining this thread and sharing your price plan change experience. I understand how concerning it must be to receive unexpected charges on your bill.
There should be no penalty for the plan change unless a device(s) is being financed or under "Save & Return" has not been returned.
A thorough investigation will be completed, and your concern will be addressed promptly. Thank you for your patience and waiting for the callback.
Regards,
RogersMoin
