Worst Service and support ever. I just got back from 5 weeks in Costa Rica and have been charged $15/day for every day I was there. My phone had cellular turned off and I only used wifi when available. And no help from Rogers with this at all! I will be leaving Rogers for good when my contracts come to an end.

Another provider is probably not the answer if you don't know what causes roaming since they may charge you the same way Rogers does.
