I have been offered for my 2 mobility lines Phone (Iphone 15 Pro max) + plan @ 60$ + taxes for 24 month phone finance. For which i have had received the devices, however these were wrong device ( ordered 256 GB Iphone 15 Pro max - but got delivered 1 TB of same ). After contacting Rogers customer care, they advised me ship it back on Purolator Prepaid labels, and Rogers will issue correct 256 Gb phone.
Its almost a week and multiple calls and hours on hold i have yet not got my device as well y account reflects not was suppose to be the plan.
This is all HOAX...all care reps, supposedly escalation managers they all stall and make incorrect notes which i have to keep on correcting them. After long wait the phone drops...it happens right, Rogers call drops.
7 + days and counting i have not recd call nor resolved

Good day @v28shah,
Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you posting about your recent experience.
To further assist you, we'd need more information from you. Has the situation evolved since your message?
Do you know if the device you picked is actually in stock right now or the delay could be due to an inventory issue?
I appreciate you took the time to bring this up to our attention and would like to offer help, if you need it.
Feel free to send a us a private message @CommunityHelps, when you have time, to allow us to take a deeper look into this. To know how to send us a private message, check out this blog.
Thanks!

@v28shah fraudulent calls to Rogers from ID thieves are a definite problem these days. Obviously the thieves know enough about you to impersonate you and order phones and possibly services without you being aware of those orders.
Using a trusted device, you should change your online password and set up a PIN for your account, so that thieves can't use your account. Also check your personal details to ensure that they are correct.
Given that you appear to be a confirmed ID theft victim, you should contact Equifax Canada and Transunion Canada.
1. Ensure that your personal contact information is correct and that is hasn't been changed without your knowledge.
2. Ask for a credit report from both agencies. From what I remember, they have to give you one freebie report, but don't quote me on that one. I'll have to look that up again.
3. Have a fraud alert placed on your credit file to indicate that you're a confirmed ID theft victim and that no credit is to be extended without your direct confirmation. That is to prevent the ID thieves from establishing an account of some type with another company which requires a credit check, or going back to Rogers to ask for services which also require a credit check of some type. That fraud alert will stay on your credit file for 5 or 7 years, one of the two.
4. Check the credit report for any and all accounts, confirm that they are correct and be prepared to dispute any erroneous data or bad credit reports based on fraudulent activity.
5. Submit a report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre:
