I wanted to take a moment to share my désappointement on how loyalty is being handled with Rogers
I have been with Roger for my cell phone since 2009 and with internet for the past 5-6 years.
I recently added my wife cell subscription as well.
Because I always felt valued.
My issue is with internet, I always get a deal for one year with a competitive price that meet with my budget and expectations which kept me loyal to Rogers and not even looking around also used it to share my experience with friends especially new immigrants.
But this time when I called the deal I’m getting has nothing to do with what Rogers usually offers. Now it’s more expensive and with two years contract.
I did not see my self changing to another service provider which is validated by the number of years I have been with Rogers. But I hate being under contract which make that trust I have with Rogers gone. Also the price which is more important is much higher than what I used to pay.
In all honesty I just feel that I’m pushed away to look around which is something I’m seriously considering now since I called three times Ragers and I did not feel or get a deal close to what I use to have.
Too bad and I feel sorry for that.
