For the last month we've been having issues with delivery of e-mails to users on Rogers
Microsoft Exchange support said it's a known issue with Rogers and some tenants that we cannot seem to get resolved.
Long story short, DNS records and no Spam Hits on lists.
I submitted a request through the feedback form asking for support from Office of the President a week ago but response.
Account manager for our Business account has been unresponsive via e-mail.
We need someone from support to address this.
