I tried to request for a reversal of my apparent overuse of data. I am a senior citizen who is not very knowledgeable about the features of my mobile phone. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and it is just now that I have an apparent overuse of data and they are charging me 500 dollars for it for this month. I pleaded to have it reversed this time because I was not aware.
