DOWNGRADING DEVICE AND SERVICE

I've been around

I RECENTLY BECAME UNEMPLOYED. I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD MY CELLPHONE PLAN AND WISH TO DOWNGRADE MY PLAN AND DEVICE. IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?

@CHAPLAINCANAM  You would need to contact Rogers directly... and I would do so by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps .  They are a great group of people and may have access to more information than the telephone support agents.  I don't think that anyone here can advise you as to what options are available; it all depends on the plan that you currently have and how far you are into your contract.
