I've been around

I have spent to many hours on the phone with Rogers l have been promised a price and it was never applied to my account l called again this morning the call back time was nearly 11/2 hrs finally l got a live agent haha!!! She found the error,put me on hold again and l am still waiting l hor and 18 min so far
