I have been trying to reach customer service for hours, every time it rings using all options I get disconnected .French option is closed.
I got lucky once , answered from india, a nice lady with indian talks noise behind for 45 minutes, at the end she said a form was filled , it takes 7-8 business days to review the error in the bill.
I tried a chat same issue .A case been opened , I have to wait.
Looks like Rogers is trying to save money by cutting the service to customers , I pay monthly bill not public mobile or Koodo , So Iam expecting a service when I call.

It is strange that you're having such difficulties reaching us. What time of day were you trying to reach us, which department are you trying to reach and what phone number did you call? You can also reach us here directly via PM or through social media on Facebook or Twitter.
I would also like to make you aware that we do not employ any call centres in India. All of our call centres are based within Canada, employing Canadians.
