We had a Client Support Specialist come to our door on Dec. 8th.
We were sold a package that has still not been provided in full based on agreements set.out on the day we signed up.
Additionally, after the initial sale, the client support specialist has been unreachable.

@Stoney41 can you have a look at the following post and follow the recommendations in that post. Hopefully the moderators can sort this out and determine if the package is real, or, if you were scammed. If this is a scam, these guys are getting braver all the time. Happen have a ring camera or security camera by any chance that might have captured the whole stop by the purported Rogers employees?

Thanks for clarifying which TV package was offered at the time of the sale. I can confirm that the Flex 10 package does not come with any Sportsnet or TSN channels included, nor are they available as Flex channels to be swapped in. I am really sorry if you were advised otherwise, as transparency and honesty is extremely important to us.
You've mentioned that you have the agent's contact details. Have you attempted to reach out to them directly to inquire about the package and allow them to opportunity to make things right? If not, I would certainly recommend that as a first step.
