Charged NSF Fee

I've been around

We have been paying for the phones and internet lines we have purchased every month in installments since 2022 without any problems. Recently, the credit card balance was full and a phone fee was added. The payment could not be taken from the card and therefore a renewal fee was added to both my wife's and my mobile phone lines. The same applies to V internet. No email was sent regarding the renewal fee. I have never seen such an unfaithful company. If they do not refund the ridiculous deductions, we will switch to another company as soon as possible.

I can totally appreciate where you are coming from. Mistakes do happen. Unfortunately, as with most companies, we do automatically charge an NSF fee if an automatic payment doesn't go through due to insufficient funds. We do consider it the customer's responsibility to ensure that their payment info is correct and up to date. 

 

If you would like, you can reach out to Customer Care to have the matter escalated to see if anything can be done or if an exception can be made.
