Canada-US Plans - Maximum time/usage limits while in the US

narfit
I've been around

I have a Can-US plan and will be in the US for six months... are there any limits for continued US usage? (I'm concerned that I might accidentally stumble into something similar to the ROGERS-EXT "fair use" policy and have my service suspended while out of the country)

Greetings @narfit !

We appreciate you joining us here in the Rogers Community Forums and great post! 🙂

If you have one of our Canada + U.S Infinite wireless plans, this means you should be able to use your services the same way in the U.S as you would while in Canada. As long as you are connected to a U.S wireless tower, you will be covered.

Note: Extended coverage would not apply if you are roaming in another country.

If you are unsure as to what features your price plan includes, you may login to your MyRogers profile online to view your price plan details. If further assistance or clarification is needed, feel free to send us a PM @CommunityHelps and we'll be happy to take a closer look for you.

Thank you!

RogersYasmine
