I had received an automatic payment discount of $5 when I signed up for Rogers Corporate connection back in Dec 2023. I have been receiving that discount ever since until today when I received an email from Rogers saying there were changes made to my account. The email attachments mentioned that the discount was removed with effect from August 2nd. I wasn't given any notice regarding this and nobody never told me that the discount was going to be removed after a certain period of time. I am not sure how to go about it. Is this the way it is with others who got the automatic payment discount or was I the only odd one out for some odd reason?
