July 25th Rogers email stopped working despite being told it would be migrated over. Been contacting support daily. It's now Aug 2nd and I am insulin dependent with no way to verify my insurance to receive it without getting access back to my email.
Yes, I've contacted support (via phone, via MyRogers chat etc) I have a service ticket and only twice got a reply on my phone regarding it, always there's a delay. When will Rogers care about the people using their product? This issue has been escalated three times and no resolution.
Any help appreciated!
