Our cable/internet/home phone plan comes up in October. Reached out to see what offers are available and was given the option of "great savings" which was about a 30% increase in price for the same package. 18 year customer and tired of this annual game. My parents (40 year customers moved to bell last year), I've gotten an offer of paying what we pay now locked in for 2 years to move. Can't even get hold of rogers via chat to tell them. So frustrating.
