After I lodges a major compliant I was called by a manager , Milia, taught all issues were fixed? Called to day to make sure all was OK and guess what????? Still errors on my new plans !!!!! Had to waste 45+ minutes to get it fixed which I have to wait another 3-5 days and I must call back. FRUSTRATING is an understatement. I expect a call back from a Manager for compensation. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH….
