5GB Offer Missing From Bill

I WAS CALLED BY ROGERS WITH AN OFFER TO COME BACK TO THEM WITH AN ENTICEMENT OF AN EXTRA 5GB OF DATA TO MY 20 GB PLAN.

I JUST GOT MY FIRST MONTHLY BILL FOR MY USAGE,  BUT NO MENTION OF THE BONUS 5 GB. I WONDER WHERE IT WENT, OR WAS IT JUST A BAD JOKE?

Welcome to the Rogers Community! Thanks for posting about your situation.

If you accepted a promotion that is a free data bonus, it doesn't appear in the monthly charges of your plan. It will be used if you go over what is alloted in your basic price plan. Are you concerned because you got charged overages for using more than 20 GB?
