What are "4K Channel Pack and 4K Premium Access"

On my Rogers bill I have a IgniteTV and internet bundle.  When I look at the detail for this service it shows both 4K Channel Pack and 4K Premium Access for $0/month each.  What are these supposed to be?

Am I right in assuming that for now they are giving us these limited 4K channels for free, but they may start charging in the future?  I think that happened for HD ~ 20 years ago.

And what is "4K Premium Access"?

@wayner92  When Ignite TV launched, the higher tier packages included 4K channels for free.  To get the 4K channels, Rogers subscribes you to the "4K Channel Pack" Theme Pack and it is a $0 charge.

I also see 4K Channel Pack and 4K Premium Access on my bill.  For years, I only had the "4K Channel Pack"; "4K Premium Access" was added later but I don't know what new entitlements this enables.. or will enable at a later date.

I could be wrong but I don't recall ever seeing a price for the 4K channels.  I think that your choice of Ignite TV bundle either allowed you to receive 4K content or not.
