Hello, I hope someone has some advice or solution to this issue.
I have the Rogers Xfinity XR 15 remote, we switched to Rogers last fall.
My first time changing my remote batteries, the remote went right back to 100%.
I have checked and re-checked an entire 24 pack of NEW Energizer batteries, which are all testing as new, yet despite changing the batteries, the percentage refuses to go back to 100 again.
Wondering if someone has a solution or suggestion, I do not want to restart or pair it all over again.
We are two elderly ladies here, even the remote is challenging, not a fan of this design, you can barely see the buttons!
Hope someone can help, thanks.

Hello @amc098,
A very warm welcome to our community, we hope you like it here. 🙂
I just wanted to add, if you are finding the Rogers Xfinity Voice remote is hard to maneuver due to the size of the buttons and font, we do have a special remote that we can provide that is available for the elderly and those with disabilities, as needed.
Feel free to send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps if you are interested. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog.
Kind regards,

Will I have to return this original remote if I order this big button one? I usually liked to have a spare remote on hand.
Can I have two remotes set up to one box at the same time? We only have one tv and one box in the house.

1. No
2. Yes
P.S. Did you get your percentage issue resolved? If so, how?
