Guide only shows the partial name of the titles on ignite tv

I am new to Rogers and looking for the trick on how to change the guide view to display the full name of a show.

When I scroll through a time slot, half hour shows are only showing the first 5 or 6 letters of the show and then that is cut off as the show in the next time slop is then displayed. I want to be able to read the entire name of the show.

How do I change the guide display to show the entire name of the show?

ie: 2:00 My Lotte  2:30 Hot Ben c   3:00 How I M   

When I scroll the guide using page up and page down I want to be able to read the entire title of a show and not have to guess what "partial names" mean.  ie: "How I M" actually mean "How I Met Your Mother"

When scrolling the guide I feel like a contestant on a game show having to figure out the name of the show that is playing ... then once I have a guess I can now use the arrows and put my curser over the program and it will reveal the answer/the complete title at the bottom of the screen. 😆 

Is there a way to reduce the font size so it wraps the text (title of show) onto 2 lines and fits the entire title in the slot box so I don't have to guess? Surely Roger's did not release this software as a guessing game.

Someone throw me a bone please.

You can't . It is a little tough to show the whole title in a 30 minute time slot or if a long title any other time.

Position your pointer/select on the show and press the info button to see the whole title.

There is no way to reduce the font or to display two lines.

Does this concern get forwarded to the people that design/monitor/enhance the design of the screen? I have talked to others who really have an issue with this display.
