The Rogers Community is turning 10 years old! What a decade it’s been and we’re proud of this milestone. We’ve come a long way in the past ten years but we couldn’t have it done without YOU! Thank you so much for your help in keeping the community a pleasant place to be. 😊
We’d like to highlight some of the accomplishments we’ve been able to achieve together as a Community.
Ask An Expert (AAE) Events: We’ve held numerous AAE’s over the years to connect customers directly to our Experts and Product Managers in areas such as IPTV (Ignite TV Part 1 & Part 2), OS Upgrades for Wireless devices, Roam Like Home and MyRogers Self-Serve. Let us know what AAE events you would like to see in the future!
Customer Beta Trials: We’ve conducted several different beta trials where Community participation has been invaluable. The feedback we’ve received has provided us the opportunity to improve the Hardware and Firmware of our Gateway Modems for home Internet. We’ve also run beta trials for the MyRogers App that were instrumental in improving and redesigning our app.
Rogers Community Forums Knowledge Base: Need help and support? Our Knowledge base section includes articles specifically curated to help you guys with Rogers products and services. Check out our FAQs, how-to articles, troubleshooting tips on The Knowledge Base page.
OS Upgrade Schedule: Excited about an upcoming update? Get the latest OS Upgrade information as it is provided to us by accessing the OS Upgrade Schedule page. The Rogers Community Forums is the best place to get the most up to date information about any new OS updates and what’s coming soon.
Rogers Service Interruptions: Any interruption to your service can become an inconvenience. In the event of an outage in your area, we want to ensure all pertinent information is readily available to you. We have a dedicated board for you to check on the status of your Rogers Wireless, Internet, TV, and Home Phone services. Please Click Here to learn more.
Our goal remains the same, to provide you with ways to connect with other users for support related to our products and services. While we have Community Moderators, this forum is intended as a peer-to-peer platform. We truly appreciate your resourceful interactions as they maximize everyone's enjoyment of the community!
