I tried to view my Call/Transaction history today, but instead of being able to see it, I get the following message instead:
"Are you an existing Rogers Prepaid customer? Give us a call at 1-800-575-9090 or visit a Rogers store for help managing your plan. View Details "

It's been gone for over 1.5. years. It's not coming back. Here's the link to the workaround from earlier in this thread:

Ok, as a Pay as you go user of over a decade, I've accepted I'm the ugly redheaded stepchild in the Rogers cell world.
We accept that we will never get adequate online service. Heck, the online chat people won't even humour us.
So how about you make us an offer to go away? Offer to transfer us to Chattr's basic plan of $15/month or throw us a bone and let us see our balances on line? Let us pay on line and then you don't even have to talk to us

You can set up auto-pay. There was even a time when you got a small discount (10%?) if you had it set to auto-pay, but not any more. I have everything on auto-pay since it then automatically gets paid on the due date and I don't need to worry about it, especially when travelling. I realize some people don't like the idea, but it works very well for some others.
PS. You can still see your balance & transactions using the workaround I linked to in the post above yours. It can be a bit flaky, but works about 50% of the time.
PPS. The last time I called in, they actually did have a bit of a deal, but I'm still only paying $10/mo on the grandfathered anytime plan and I pay $100 every couple of years to suspend payments for a year. Since I'm in the middle of one of these suspensions, I declined, but perhaps the next time, because I'd like to have some data which I don't currently have.

I just use pay as you go data. I only go onto it when I need it. Yes, it is more expensive than a plan, but on average I spend less than $5/month on what little data I do access. So my total bill for calls (1 cent a minute after 8pm, the old $3 text plan, service access fees, and data, I rarely spend more than $9/month.
