Oh my, I'm sorry to hear this! Since posting, have you been able to make or receive any calls while in the U.S? Are you able to do anything else such as send/receive text messages or use WiFi or mobile data? There's a few things you can try:
1. Reboot your device and retest.
2. Check in your device settings to ensure that your Airplane/Flight mode is disabled.
3. Text the word 'TRAVEL' to 222 to make sure you are enrolled into our Roam Like Home program.
