I switched to Rogers on Saturday I can't connect to 5G on the sunshine coast. I called customer service today after 3 hours on hold they said they cant take my call today.

Rogers might not offer 5G service in that specific area. Unless there is 5G SA (standalone) coverage, a device will not sit on 5G. This is usually due to battery saving on the device.
