I wanted to report an issue with the 5G network at Gilley & Imperial in Burnaby, BC. My friends and I are experiencing very limited signal in this area—sometimes, texts don't even go through. On one occasion, there were five of us, all using iPhones, and none of us could connect to mobile internet at all. Occasionally, I get a connection when I step outside or open the entry door, but it’s inconsistent.
Could you please look into this?

Thank you for reporting this issue. We definitely can look into this but we'll need to know a little bit more?
Do you know if disabling 5G fixes this issue? Are you having the same issues on LTE as well? How far from this location do you need to travel before it improves?

Disabling 5G seems to do the trick. I’ll walk around the area and report back with which locations have better signals.
