Horrible customer service!

Called for tech support and as always crazy wait time, well for the 3rd time(different issues each time) I’ve tried to use the call back feature and it doesn’t work!!! I get voicemail messages left but phone doesn’t ring!! I have full 5g+ bars and service!!!!!!! Very frustrated and tired of it! Definitely looking into different providers

Rogers voicemail rarely works properly - really do not know how a company like Rogers can offer a service that is an additional cost and IT DOES NOT WORK RELIABLY.

Come up with a solution that works - you have customers pulling their hair out saying how many Rogers techs they have chewed through to get nowhere and still - pathetic.

Fix it . I'm about to leave for good.
