Constant Internet problems

I live in Tavistock Ontario and we continue to have Internet problems with home Internet and on the Maplewood side road, which is about 10 minutes outside of Tavistock when I go to a buddies house you can not use your cell phone data out there because there is no coverage out there in the last year and a half it got progressively worse and now it doesn’t work at all And it’s very frustrating for a service that doesn’t work. I find it kind of funny that Rogers wants your money, but they can never provide proper service but they still charge you an arm and a lag.

I am sorry to hear that you're having reception issues in that area. I did a quick check and it looks like we should have full coverage there so I would look to investigate further to find out why it isn't working at all at this location.
