3 Bars but no service

Hi there. I have a cottage on Lake Erie. Rogers is the only network that works down in my town of Port Bruce. This past week however, everyone has had trouble using their phones. It shows connected to Rogers with 3 bars but I can’t text, use data or make calls. Same with my wife’s phone and my kids phones. Thoughts? We’ve never had problems before. TIA.

I would try to find a different way to contact rogers and report the issue. You may be experiencing a technical issue in your neighbourhood.  If that is the case, they may not be aware of it so its important to report it to Rogers so they can dispatch technicians to fix the issue.
