I want to remove an old Rogers account that shows that I cancelled it from my selection screen on the "myrogers" app. Also, my two mobile wireless accounts are both called "JOHN".

Thank you for posting about the changes you wish to bring to your MyRogers online profile!
With regards to your cancelled accounts, have you tried to "Unlink" them directly in the settings of your MyRogers?
The name identifying each line on your online profile corresponds to the outgoing call display. In order to change it, you'd have to get in touch with one of our representatives.
