ADDRESS CHANGE

I live in Ottawa, Ontario.  My address was formerly in Gloucester, until the city amalgamated.  I understand I can make a change in the address on-line, but I was wondering if that change will cause any issues/problems?  Has anyone had any problems?

Canada post already recognizes Glouchester as Ottawa so there should be nothing on your end to do.

Its the same as people who live in GTA,   Scarborough is part of Toronto now but some peoples bills still say Scarborough Ontario in their address and for the last 15 or so  years Canada post or rogers has never had any issue delivering peoples bills to them.
