I am no longer able to watch the cnn app on computer or tablet even though I am signed in to my account error. message saying not authorized to view the content even though I signed in using my account info and setting clearly show I am signed in!
I believe this all started after installing and using the Rogers xfinity ignite app.
any reason why the xfinity app works but the individual app does not .

As a temporary work around, sign onto the Rogers Xfinity Streaming @ https://rogersxfinitystream.rogers.com/ or install the Xfinity app on an Amazon Fire TV stick. All subscribed channels, including CNN, are accessible from there.
