As a temporary work around, sign onto the Rogers Xfinity Streaming @ https://rogersxfinitystream.rogers.com/ or install the Xfinity app on an Amazon Fire TV stick. All subscribed channels, including CNN, are accessible from there.
So far, I have opened 3 tickets with technical support. They just kept closing the tickets as fast as I can open them, saying they are unable to reproduce the error.I don't think they care at all about resolving this problem.
