The rogers infinity app will not display my wifi details it states that I'm offline but I am in fact connected to my wifi and so are all the rest of my devices
I have tried. Restarting the app. I have tried re starting my phome. I tried forcibly closing the app and reopening it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it I have tried clearing the cache. I have also tried doing all this on more than one device and nothing.
Roger's, customer service was useless.

It's definitely odd that you aren't able to see your WiFi details when logged into your account on the Xfinity app. Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps that you've already completed and I'm sorry to hear that it didn't seem to help. 😞
