When I try to see my internet usage in the Rogers app, I always get this message “something went wrong”
- I deleted the app and reinstalled it
- the software on my phone is updated
- I have the latest version of the Rogers app

Good evening @jane16,
Welcome to the Community!
I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. Have you made any account changes recently? If yes, then that would explain the message. If not, please let us know when was the last time you were able to view the Internet usage via the app. Also can you please confirm if you're able to view the usage via the browser?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

@jane16 : I see you already tried deleting the app and downloading the latest version - try once more? What device are you using, what OS?

Can someone in the technical department give me the exact URL that will give me the usage for accounts?
When I go MyRogers -> Usage & Sevices -> Internet and check the source HTML for the web page, the expected URL path assigned to "ds-link" is empty, as seen here:
Can someone please give me the full URL string that should be there?
Because the URL is an empty string, I am being redirected to "www.rogers.com", which is just an advertising page, and completely useless to me.
I have a right to know what my usage is!
==================== update ====================
Someone from the complaints department called me back and told me that there were no changes. I hate the idea of calling out someone a liar. I simply told them that there had to have been changes because, otherwise, I would be getting the old web page.
And by the way, I managed to track down a snapshot that I had of an old visit to that page, and the proper URL should be
Since the class object "ds-link" is assigned no value , it goes to the system fallback recovery default, namely the marketing page.
So ... can someone PLEASE fix the system and roll-back the change that removed the URL from the "Internet" button on the MyRogers Usage & Services tab ... ASAP !!!
