When I try to see my internet usage in the Rogers app, I always get this message “something went wrong”- I deleted the app and reinstalled it- the software on my phone is updated- I have the latest version of the Rogers app

I just deleted the Rogers app and reinstalled it. I’m still getting the same message “Something went wrong” when I try to see my internet usage. I have an iPhone 12 mini running iOS 17.2
I have not made any changes to my account. I’ve used the app for years with no issues but a few months ago I was no longer able to see my internet usage. I am able to see my internet usage via the browser.
