What's up with rogers.com, no internet plans show up for me, and can't even manage my home internet online if i wanted to.

Thanks for joining us here in the Rogers community! I can certainly understand how this would present many issues when trying to navigate your online profile and make changes.
Just to clarify, were you previously able to access the options on your MyRogers profile, previously? Is your account number (located at the top of your monthly invoice) linked to your online profile?
